I've eaten some real f'd up foods in my day, the Fat Darrel , Eggo Waffle Chicken Sandwich, Speghetti infused Meatloaf, Twinkie Cake, etc. But this takes all those and stuffs' them in the closet and robs their house.

Packed with enough sodium to kill a horse the "McSurf and Turf" is a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese topped with a Filet-O'Fish.

Eat after you are either really drunk, or have nothing to do, but digest bricks for the next 12 hours.

Here's another one, I've never had the Ultimate White Trash Hot Dog which is a hot dog infused with cheese, deep fried, wrapped in bacon and fried again. Served with french fries. It looks intestinally disastrous as well:
