Our goal is to use the movie screen as an opportunity to gather the community for a unique event and build long lasting relationships among neighbors. Ad Sales Manager Role

Do you want to bring Big Screens to Small Neighborhoods and have a great opportunity to put money in your pocket?

FRONTYARD FEATURES is hiring for Ad Sales Managers to uncover advertising partners for our 2010 season. Partner groups are needed to add extra value for our event-goers and at the same time to provide a unique advertising experience not offered by any other company. In this role, you will be able to choose your Industry Territory to pursue partners to bring on board to this unique advertising experience.

In the 2010 season, we will be expanding our offerings to potential advertisers.
In addition to FRONTYARD FEATURES, our outdoor family movies, we will offer FAÇADE FEATURES, cult and classic films shown on the side of buildings and landmarks in urban areas, and GUERILLA GAMES, a summer long video game tournament hosted in malls and tourist destinations in the metro area.

Responsibilities include:
Indentifying and building relationships with your Industry territory partner groups (advertisers).
Selling packages for one or all of our outdoor 2010 series based on the industry and it’s target demographic.
Participating in a once a week team meeting in order to share ideas and connections made while out in the field to create and uncover other opportunities.
Tracking all lead generation in a centralized database.
Collect Artwork from partners to display on screen.

Skills needed to be successful:
Strong Sales Aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communications skills on the phone and in person
Attention to Detail and Rapport Building Skills are a must
Customer Service experience is key in this role
Ad Sales experience is a plus but not required

Salary:

100% commission based with sales incentive

Event Technician

Skilled AV people needed for fun part time job, running Frontyard Feature Events. Travel around the St. Louis Metro area, and out state showing movies in new places!
Responsibilities include:

• Attend trainings to learn how to operate equipment.
• Understanding of electrical, video and sound equipment.
• Able to lift equipment up too 75lbs.
• Able to transport equipment in own vehicle; truck or van preferred.
• Think on your feet and solve issues that may arise at event

Compensation: $85 per event plus mileage.
